Here at KBD Edge, we are dedicated to helping our clients grow and acquire new customers.  As technology advances, mass marketing has not only become more expensive but has made it increasingly more difficult for companies to reach their target audience. Through our in-person, targeted approach we not only bring our clientele a much higher return on their investment, but we ensure they get a sticky customer that will be loyal for years to come.

KBD Edge has worked with an impressive client list and we have a growing number of clients to add to the list with the expansion occurring in the next year. Our current contract includes one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. Our goal is to expand to four more locations within the next 12 months.

We have a contractual agreement with our clients not to use their brand names or logos for advertising purposes. Furthermore, since we are outsourced to represent their brand name for the purpose of acquiring their clients, we leave their logos out to avoid being confused by clients as a customer service department for their accounts. At KBD Edge, we handle customer acquisition and retention for our clients by taking a face-to-face approach. We have partnered with some of the largest retailers in the U.S. to be able to conduct in-person promotional sales with customers. Through our consultative approach that focuses on relationship building, we have been able to help our clients grow exponentially as we help bring them sticky customers.
